
PERSONAL TRAINING
Our personal training sessions are typically 55 minutes long and can be taken as a one-off session or as regular sessions long term. They can also be booked as a 1:1 or a 1:2 sharing session.
The benefits to being trained privately include a more in-depth postural/bio-mechanical assessment, a tailor-made exercise programme to suits your needs and goals, the use of the fully comprehensive studio apparatus, and a less intimidating experience for anyone anxious about being in a group class.
Please note all our personal training slots are scheduled in the timetable and are very popular, so there may be a week or two wait for an available slot.
