FOREVER YOUNG

This small specialist Reformer class suits the ‘more mature’ person who is reasonably fit and well but looking to move at a slightly slower and more controlled pace. The class is designed to keep your joints healthy while fighting off, or helping to improve, the symptoms of conditions such as osteoporosis, arthritis, and general joint/back stiffness and pain. 

The benefits of regular Pilates include improved posture, spinal health, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The Reformer is incredibly versatile. There are literally hundreds of exercises that are performed lying down, sitting, kneeling, standing, and even upside down, so you’ll never get bored!

Classes are limited to no more than 6 people (to 6 Reformers) so that the teacher can ensure everyone is working safely and correctly.
